CA Vijeta Untwalia Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with extensive experience in the fields of audit, taxation, accounting and corporate compliance. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2017 and is also a Cost Accountant, having qualified from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 2011.
With diverse experience across audit and assurance, taxation and financial reporting, she has developed expertise in statutory audit, internal audit, direct taxation, accounting and corporate compliance. She is actively involved in providing professional services including statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, income-tax compliance and advisory, as well as corporate and regulatory compliances.
Her areas of expertise include preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting frameworks, audit planning and execution, verification of books and records, taxation matters, TDS and income-tax compliance, tax assessments and related proceedings.
She also has experience in corporate compliance and advisory services, including incorporation and statutory compliances of companies, maintenance of statutory records, annual filings, XBRL filings and other regulatory requirements.
